Bangladesh Pharmaceuticals Representatives Alliance (PhaReA) Is An National Organisation Of Medical Representatives Of Pharmaceuticals Companies Of Bangladesh. Established in 1975. Before Government Registration It’s Name Was Bangladesh Pharmaceuticals Representatives Association (PhaReA) But Hadn’t Any Nationally Activities For Their Rights. In 2015 Some Representatives  Called Human Bonding Program At Font Of Every DC/ UNO Office All Over In Bangladesh In Order To Fulfill Their  05 Points Demands. They Are From Narsingdi Named SMM   Rahman, Shafik Masud . After Announcement Of Movements  Mr. D.  Bayezid Hossain & Belal Ahmed Joined With Them From Rangpur. After Them Many Other PHAREA’s Leaders Of 64 Districts Approximate 266 Leader  Join With Them & Conducts Human Bonding Programs In All Over In Bangladesh . Since Then Our Journey Started Nationally . Till Now We  Are Trying To Achieve   Our 5 Points Demands  In Legal Ways. IshaAllah  ! We’ll Be Success Very Soon InshaAllah! . Some Culprits (Shafik Rahman & Habibur Rahman From Dhaka & Mymensingh ) Are Creating So Many Problems To Unsuccess In Our Movements, Criminal Activities, Illegal activities, Extortion, Shady Dealings, Intimidations & The Exercise Of politicalInfluance. But They Will Not Be Success In Their  Mission InshaAllah. Allah’s Plan Is The Best Plan InshaAllah. The Registration of this organization is under  society act 1860 Has Complete 21 July 2025 Alhamdulillah . Now The Top Leaders Are trying to establish proper effective  service rules human right for all salaried employees of  pharmaceuticals sales & marketing departments. They are moving to any related government departments like Ministry, Organisation, institutions for achieve their lawful rights. Recently Mr. Chairman meet Head Of The Department Like Honorable Secretary, Director General, Country Director Of International Labor Organization, Bangladesh Institute Of Development Studies, Bangladesh Association Of Pharmaceuticals Industries, Bangladesh Chamber Of Industry, Ministry Of Public Administration, Bnaggladesh Institute Of Managmant  including some secretary of MOPA, MOHFW  for establish new service rules & the safety and dignity at workplace. The Government is appreciating all these activities and providing us with possible supports. InshaAllah our successes will come very soon.
